Joint event YG Acoustics and Vinarius

Fantastic hi-fi and wine: Thursday 12th June

We are delighted to announce that we will be welcoming Chris and George from Cas Audio, the distributors of YG Acoustics (more on both below), on Thursday 12th June.

The day will be a showcase of some of YG speakers, and in particular two pairs from YG’s Reference series: the Hayley 3, brought to us especially for the event, and the Carmel 3.

The Hayley 3 will be playing in our demo room (in good company with MOON’s 800 series of electronics) whilst the Carmel 3 will be on demonstration in the Conservatory, with the MOON 791 Network Player / Preamplifier and 761 Power Amplifier.

From YG Peaks’ series, we will have the Ascent playing in the main shop whilst the Cairn stand mount speakers will be on display.

We invite you to book your place for demonstrations of the Hayley 3. The demos will be running from 11am until 7pm, on the hour, and last about 45 minutes. As we are limiting numbers to four per demonstration, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible with your preferred time.

Chris and George will be available at all times to answer all your questions.

We did say it was a hi-fi and wine event…!

We’re delighted to welcome back Matteo and Brian, representing Vinarius wine merchant. The boys are back with a fun wine blind tasting: it’s Italy V France… who will win? Scroll down for more details and to book your place: there will be two “matches”, one at 5.45pm and one at 7pm… Que le meilleur gagne 😜

CAS has two sides to its business: audio equipment distribution and R&D.

Everyone at CAS has a passion for music and the brands we represent are the brands we love. We have personally bought their equipment to use in our homes, we have a deep understanding of their technologies and we love to share our passion.

Importantly, we see distribution as much more than just logistics. We know the products we distribute inside out, so we can provide practical, knowledgeable advice from first hand experience. After purchase, you can rest assured that CAS can diagnose and repair almost every component we distribute from our advanced R&D facility in Cambridge.

Italian wine VS French wine Blind Tasting

Italian wine or French wine, which is best?

The never-ending challenge between these two countries, which have more than 2000 autochthonous grape varieties and thousands of years of tradition, will write a new chapter at Loud and Clear, with you choosing who is the best. Five challenges, ten wines, and only one winner!

You will be the jury and vote for a winner for each match. The country that wins more matches takes the title!

There will also be a special prize for the person guessing the most wines correctly, as you will taste all the wines blinded and try to guess whether it is Italian or french!

Tickets £10pp, redeemable when buying wines on the day. Booking essential. You can buy the tickets online or you can visit at the shop.
