This service includes a replacement of all electrolytic capacitors and mica/thermal compound of the output devices. Electrolytic capacitors deteriorate over time and cause performance degradation and if left, will eventually fail, potentially causing damage to the active components. Replacing micas and thermal compound will ensure proper thermal transfer from output devices onto the heatsink ensuring stability. Additionally we offer internal re-wiring options, potentiometer replacements, signal relay replacements. Special requests can also be discussed.

Traditional analogue and digital source components play music from a medium using a mechanical transport, those should be serviced to ensure stable performance.

Many older CD players can benefit from clocking system and analogue output stage upgrades. We can also service cassette players and open reel to reel machines.

We offer a professional vinyl cleaning service for your precious record collection. This service includes an ultrasonic bath and antistatic sleeve to help keep the dust away.

Keeping your vinyl clean will prolong the life of your cartridge and will vastly improve the sound quality you get from your vinyl playback.

We offer repairs to all audio equipment – modern and vintage*, because of our long establishment in the industry we have an excellent service support from most manufacturers.

All booked-in repairs are subject to £80 inspection fee (inc. VAT). This fee is deductible from your final bill.

The charge is £80 per hour thereafter for labour, plus parts if applicable.

A repair estimate will be provided before commencing any repair work.

If this estimate is rejected, the inspection fee covers our time. If the item is beyond economic repair and you are willing to replace it with a new/equivalent, then the repair fee can be credited against a new purchase.

We offer a 3-month warranty on all repairs.

Standard 24h courier shipping is £25, larger items £35, cables and smaller electronics £15.

When sending an item for repair, original/suitable packaging must be used and the packaging must be in condition to survive a return trip. If the box is unsuitable we will charge £25 for a new box and packaging.
