Additionally, new platform products are designed with serviceability at the fore, meaning the lifecycle of your system will be future-proofed.

How It Works

Simply bring in your eligible Old Platform streamer and receive a trade-in allowance toward the purchase of a New Platform product. We will guide you through the process and ensure you get the best value for your upgrade.

If you wish to enhance your setup further, additional components such as NPX 300, NAP 250, NAP 350, or NAC 332 can be added to your purchase — with extra benefits included.

Please note that the value of the New Platform product being purchased as part of the programme must be of equivalent value to or more than the Old Platform product being returned by the customer.

Get in touch with us to find out how we can help you upgrade to the new streaming platform through The Naim Exchange.
