We are a real bricks and mortar shop operated by enthusiasts, all of whom all experts in their field. We may not be able to price match the online giants nor may we be able to ship your order the same day, however we will attempt to contact you  in advance of shipping to ensure that what you’ve ordered is right for you and that you’ll be delighted when it does arrive. We’ll then hold your hand, if you need, throughout the installation process and offer you support in getting to know and love your new purchases.

We will give you the same excellence with our remote service as we would in person.

Shipping Charges

For UK purchases, the following shipping rates apply:

  • Up to £99: £4.95 P&P
  • £99 and over: Free P&P

For purchases outwith the UK, please get in touch via email for a delivery quote.

Whilst we hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, we do appreciate that there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you have bought. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product within 30 days of delivery.

All items are delivered directly to your door. We aim to dispatch in stock items within 1 – 3 working days of receipt of order. Occasionally we may run out of stock of an item, meaning it could take longer to dispatch. We will contact you and advise when the item may become available and you can choose whether to cancel or confirm the order.

Delivery usually takes place between 8am – 6pm, we will email you with tracking and despatch information. Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland, and other Scottish islands may take longer.

If you are not at home to accept delivery,  a card will be dropped through the door; the card will indicate a courier has called. Please follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange delivery.

30 Day Returns Policy
If you are having difficulties with your item/purchase within the warranty period, please contact our Customer Service Department, as many issues can be rectified over the phone without the need to return. We can be contacted on 0141 221 0221 Tuesday – Saturday 10am – 5pm (excluding bank holidays). Alternatively and outside of these hours, please email glasgow@loud-clear.co.uk and someone will respond to you as quickly as possible

Loud and Clear is committed to selling quality products which we hope you will enjoy for many years. We do however appreciate that there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you have bought. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product within 30 days of delivery. Please return the product to us with the original packing and all accessories. Before returning to us you must keep them in your possession and you must take reasonable care of them.

For your protection please ensure all goods are adequately packed and insured when shipping back to us. We reserve the right to offset any cost incurred in damage to the unit or replacing missing remote controls or accessories. You will receive a full refund within 7 days except in the case of damaged or missing components. Any expedited shipping costs will not be funded. For added security of your consignment please wrap the unit securely (using a black plastic bag or brown paper) and then tape over to secure the packing. For your peace of mind please make sure your consignment has full insurance for loss or damage when returning back to us. Always insure your consignments on a tracked service or use recorded delivery and always retain your proof of posting. We cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your item back.

Take the parcel to a Post Office or courier. Ask the Post Office or courier for your proof of posting certificate. You should retain this until you receive your refund. Regrettably, we can only provide a refund for a lost return once we have been provided with a proof of postage certificate.

Certain exclusions apply for the supply of goods specifically made to your specifications, pre-cut cables, cartridges including styli, Vinyl Records and software including audio & video software if they are unsealed by you.

Refunds will be processed upon the satisfactory receipt of the product and will be reimbursed using the original payment details in accordance with the T&Cs.

We aim to complete your refund within 7 days of acceptance of the returned product.

3 Month Warranty Policy – Pre-owned and Ex-demonstration
Loud & Clear is committed to selling quality products which we hope you will enjoy for many years. However, if you purchase a pre-owned or ex-demonstration product which fails within 3 months, we will repair where possible and refund in full if repair is not possible. Loud & Clear will arrange collection of the item. Please contact glasgow@loud-clear.co.uk in the first instance and return the product to us with the original packing and any accessories. Before returning to us you must keep them in your possession and you must take reasonable care of them.

Once you have ordered and paid for your goods, you will receive confirmation of the receipt of your order, and acceptance of your online payment.

1. If the size of a product is critical, please make sure it will fit before you make a purchase. If the dimensions are not shown in the product specification, please contact us and we will provide you with the full dimensions.

2. All quoted prices include VAT – delivery is free unless stated otherwise. Where a price includes delivery, this is to mainland UK only. Other areas will be at extra cost. We do not deliver our goods outside the UK.

3. On the occasion where a price is listed incorrectly due to a typographical error or otherwise, we will inform you immediately as to the correct price of the goods. You will then have the option to proceed with or cancel the sale. A contract isn’t active until you have taken delivery of your order.

4.  The information in this website is given in good faith and every effort is made to ensure that all details, descriptions, images and prices of products appearing on the website are correct. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We do not accept liability for inaccuracies.

5.  When paying by debit/credit card via Stripe or PayPal, goods will be charged to you at the time of placing your order. Although we take your payment at the time of sale, your order will not be processed until the day of dispatch.

6. If for any reason, it is not possible for us to fulfill your order either due to stock availability or any other reason, we will contact you as soon as possible to present you with the option to either wait for the goods to become available for fulfillment within an agreed time, or offer to cancel your order and process a full refund on the same day. Please note that depending on payment method or bank/building society, there may be a delay with funds appearing back in your account.

7. If you are paying by Debit or Credit Card, Stripe or PayPal, goods can only be delivered to the address at which your card or delivery address is registered. Variations may apply, but please ask for details.

8. For security reasons, we may on occasions contact you for identity clarification.

9. Please note that our couriers will try to deliver as arranged but we will not be held responsible for any costs incurred because of none delivery or factors caused by others. This service is based upon best endeavour and is not guaranteed.

10. Security: To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks, personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency, which may keep a record of that information. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Warranty
Standard guarantee/warranty period vary by each manufacturer and are of a minimum duration of 1 year. Some manufacturers offer to extend warranty by registering your purchase, usually online – please contact us for further details.

Warranties are non-transferable.

In the event of a claim, please contact Loud & Clear in the first instance. Claims for work done by others won’t be accepted unless previously agreed.

Price and payment
The price applicable is the price in UK £ established on the website shipping page on the date of order. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Payment
We accept payment by Stripe (credit card) or PayPal. Payments are made in UK (£) pounds.

Your credit/debit card will be pre-authorised for payment at the time of ordering. As part of this authorization process, your bank will place a hold on your account for the purchase amount of the order. The hold will be removed after a number of days determined by your banking institution. You will not be charged for the goods until they have been shipped.

Should your order be rejected for any reason, a refund will be made to your card immediately.

All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
