Occasionally we may run out of stock of an item, meaning it could take longer to dispatch. We will contact you and advise when the item may become available and you can choose whether to cancel or confirm the order.

Delivery usually takes place between 8 am – 6 pm, we will email you with tracking and despatch information. Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland, and other Scottish islands may take longer.

If you are not at home to accept delivery,  a card will be dropped through the door; the card will indicate a courier has called. Please follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange delivery.

You will receive an email containing your tracking number with your nominated carrier, this will enable you to track your order. We will also let you know if anything changes with your order via email, text, or phone. So it’s really important that your contact details are up to date on your order.
