The pop-up will be offering a wide array of limited edition collectable vinyl (Tone Poet, Classic Vinyl, etc.) as well as merchandise, books and apparel.

Thursday 20th June – 11am to 6pm
Friday 21st June – 11am to 6pm
Saturday 22nd June – 10am to 5pm

This is the first time Blue Note has opened an official pop-up store outside of London in the UK.

Thursday evening from 6pm till 8pm we are also hosting our own “Jazz Kissa” with Ian and John playing some of their favourite Blue Note Records through a reference hi-fi system. The guys from Blue Note will give a brief history of the label, and then it’s classic Blue Note jazz all the way! Get in touch if you’d like a spot at the Kissa.

Blue Note Records

Today, Blue Note is regarded as one of the most iconic jazz record labels in the world and its music legacy has paved the way not just in jazz, but for music and culture in general. The unique and striking album cover art that the LPs display is often imitated but never equalled. The highly respected and much-loved artists that have recorded for Blue Note over the past eight decades include John Coltrane, Herbie Hancock, Norah Jones, Art Blakey, Donald Byrd, Cannonball Adderley, Dexter Gordon, and hundreds of others. The label is still going strong under the watchful eyes and ears of its President Don Was, who still maintains the label’s 85-year-old philosophy of allowing artistic freedom for the musicians that record for the company.
