Analogue Phonography – in store event Thursday 9th October

Please join us for a unique evening dedicated to the very best in high-end vinyl replay at Loud & Clear Glasgow.- on Thursday 9th October 3pm – 8pm.

Building on the success of our last Phonography event, this is a chance to experience truly world-class turntables, cartridges, phono stages and much much more – representing the very pinnacle of vinyl playback

For this event we’re partnering with Absolute Sounds, Audio Origami, Linn, Accuphase, and Nordost, bringing together some of the most respected names in the high-end

System 1

Thiele TT01 turntable with Analog Relax EX700 cartridge
D’Agostino Pendulum amplifier
Wilson Sabrina V loudspeakers.

System 2

Two Klimax-level Linn Sondek LP12s with Audio Origami PU8 tonearms, Accuphase C- 3900 preamplifier & A80 power amplifier into Wilson Watt/Puppy loudspeakers with Nordost Valhalla cabling.

This will provide the opportunity to compare the Analog Relax EX 5000 and EX 1000 cartridges as well as the Accuphase C57 and Rega Aura phono stages.

Assisting our very own Ian Pirie we hope to have Stephen Cosh from Audio Origami and Gavin Shelmerdine from Absolute Sounds.
