Degritter

Degritter emerged in 2015 with a clear vision to create a practical record cleaner that cleans thoroughly, is simple to use, has great build quality, looks good and does not sound like a vacuum cleaner; and have exceeded expectations.

Degritter uses ultrasonic cleaning in a water tank then a separate drying cycle to deliver superb cleaning, experimenting with different frequencies, virtually simulated the energy distributions and made multiple physical set-ups to measure energy levels. Then built in a custom-designed ultrasonic amplifier to power the system.

The result – a minimalist, industrial aesthetic, perfectly at home next to high-end audio systems. Noise is also minimalist thanks to a unique pumping solution, silent dryers and inaudible 120kHz ultra-sonics.
